Forging & Hot Forming
As a leading manufacturer of forged components for various industries such as electrical & transmission lines, construction & mining, and agriculture, delivering excellent quality and customer service is the cornerstone of our commitment at NIPHA. With an annual production capacity of 1,200,000 kgs (2,640,000 lbs), we manufacture forged components ranging in weight from 0.23 kg to 5 kgs (0.5 lbs to 11 lbs) across all grades of carbon, alloy, and stainless steel, with strict adherence to international standards including ASTM, IS, BS, DIN, GOST, JIS, U.S. Federal, and French standards. Our esteemed clientele spans emerging markets in Africa, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand, as well as the UK, France, Italy, Germany, and the USA. Product quality is ensured through rigorous in-process inspections covering scrap, sand, moulds, cores, liquid metals, and finished castings.
