- Expertise in gearbox assembly (high-speed low-torque gearboxes for agricultural tillers & mowers and low-speed high-torque gearboxes for electrical switchgear)
- Strong knowledge of material grades (SAE 8620, 20MnCr5, FG 200, A356/LM 25, LM 6)
- Material management expertise (Ductile Iron FG 200, FG 260, ASTM A 536)
- Experience with bought-out components (seals, bearings, springs, washers, bushings)
- Hands-on experience with IoT integration in assembly lines for real-time monitoring
- Proficiency in SAP for production tracking, reporting, and MIS creation
- Expertise in load, pressure, and leakage testing
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and production scheduling skills
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent
- Expertise in non-ferrous castings, machining processes, and gearbox assembly
- Strong knowledge of ASTM and ISO quality standards & management systems
- Experience in material inspection (various grades of steel & non-ferrous materials)
- Proficiency in SAP S4 Hana quality module for tracking deviations & data management
- Ability to analyse & implement corrective actions (CAPA), manage audits & documentation
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and team coordination skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- a) Strong vendor management experience in NCR Faridabad, with an established vendor base
- b) Expertise in CNC machining, casting, and finishing processes, including:
- Plating: Silver plating, tin plating, e-coating
- Heat Treatment: Hardening, tempering, nitriding
- c) Extensive knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous casting processes (MS, Alloy Steel, Aluminium, Brass, Bronze)
- d) Experience in sourcing bought-out components (springs, bearings, nuts, bolts, fasteners) for assemblies
- e) Proven cost negotiation and vendor performance optimisation skills
- f) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Preferred: Cost Management Accounting (CMA) Degree
- Expertise in SAP S4 Hana CO module for product costing and cost allocation
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience in month-end closing, cost variance analysis, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
- Ability to analyse cost structures, optimise expenses, and ensure financial accuracy
- Preferred: Experience in a manufacturing environment

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering
- Expertise in CNC programming (Fanuc, Siemens, Mazatrol)
- Experience with CNC, VMC, CNC Turning, and VTL machines
- Strong knowledge of machining processes for castings, rounds, and pipes
- Proficiency in quality tools (PFMEA, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke)
- Familiarity with OEE improvement, TPM, and 5S practices
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgical/Production Engineering
- Expertise in non-ferrous foundry operations (gravity die casting, sand casting using resin sand core boxes)
- Strong knowledge of melting, pouring, heat treatment (T6, T51), and shot blasting Understanding of non-ferrous metallurgy, alloy chemistry, and properties of alloys like A356/LM25, LM6, C83600, and C83300
- Experience in quality control, metallurgical testing, and process optimization
- Proficiency in production planning, shift management, and cost-saving initiatives
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
- Expertise in forging equipment operations (1-ton hammers, screw presses, hydraulic & pneumatic presses)
- Strong knowledge of heat treatment processes (tempering, quenching, normalizing)
- Experience in blank forging of gears with precision and adherence to specifications
- Proficiency in SAP S4 Hana for production data entry and monitoring
- Familiarity with quality control procedures, maintenance practices, and inventory management
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
