Manufacturing Facilities
The foundry is equipped with a 1000kgs(2200lbs) Induction furnace backed by EOT Cranes, Moulding Machines, Mechanized Sand System, Shot Blasting Machine, Pneumatic Chipping & Grinding Machines, Immersion Pyrometer, Pattern Shop,Welding Unit and an Elaborate Heat Treatment Facility using both Electric and Oil Fired Furnaces.
Testing Facilities
Quality of finished products is ensured through rigorous in-process inspection of scrap, sand, moulds and cores, liquid metals and finished casting, etc.
NIPHA has inhouse sophisticated quality control facilities such as Scientific Analytical Lab, Carbon / Silicon / C.E. Analyser, Spectrometer, Universal Testing Machine, Universal Pendulum Impact Testing Machine, Brinell Hardness Tester, Rockwell Hardness Tester, Poldi - Portable Tester, Inverted Type Photo Microscope, Incident Beam Type Microscope, Electro- Polishing Unit, Ultrasonic Flaw Detector, Sand Testing Facility, Dye Penetrant Facility.
