Works best in combination with a preceding cylinder Cleaner that opens out the seed-cotton.

Uses Sling-off action of high-speed Saw Cylinders with stationery applicator brushes to exact burs, sticks and other heavier trashes.

Grid bars around top prime Extractor Saw Cylinder strategically located to promote extraction process and grid bars around the periphery of reclaimer saw cylinder have closer spacing to minimize loss of prime seed-cotton.

NIPHA standard machine comes with two Saw Cylinders and one doffing Brush Cylinder.

The Stick Machine has built-in bypass to avoid unnecessary extra machining of seed-cotton, if so desired.
