SALENT FEATURES
  • The machine is of robust construction. The framing parts viz end frames, bed plate, rail for fixed knife and the gear case are made of Cast Iron Graded Castings. All rotating parts, viz Pinion shaft, Gear Wheels, Oscillating and Connecting Rod, Beater Shaft and Ginning Rollers are provided with ball and roller bearings.
  • The design of the Gin and feeder allows easy access for running adjustments. The machine is "push button" operated.
  • Rigorous quality control is maintained right from the selection of raw materials to the finished product. All the raw materials are tested for chemical and mechanical properties before use. A rigid inprocess inspection is carried out at all stages of production and finally the finished components are inspected with the help of most modern caliberated measuring instruments and gauges.


SPECIFICATIONS

  • Individual Motor drive. Power transmitted from a 5 hp/3.6 kw. 1440 r.p.m. Electric Motor to Pinion Shaft by v-belts. Electricals are suitable for 415/440 V, 50c/s, 3-phase A.C. supply.
  • Operating speed - 950 to 1000 r.p.m. (approx.)

  • Installed Ginning Capacity – upto 100 kgs of Lint per hour, depending on variety, quality and type of cleaned and open seed cotton having optimum moisture content and adequate & proper feeding.
  • Supplied with two ginning rollers fitted with compressed chrome leather washers.
