Fabricated bucket teeth are manufactured to OEM specification using C1080 or equivalent (high carbon steel) as base and mild steel as cap. The base is then heat-treated to 40-44 RC to provide extra strength & wear resistance capabilities for longer life. Some of the bucket teeth manufactured by Nipha are similar Getco's part no. 23 HD, 23R, 2A, 3CH, 8075 etc.

Cast bucket teeth are manufactured to OEM specification using high carbon steel or low alloy steel duly heat-treated to 40-44 RC to provide extra strength & wear resistance capabilities for longer life.

Cast or forged adapters are manufactured as per OEM specification using medium carbon steel or low alloy steels. Some of the adapters manufactured by Nipha are similar to Getco's part no. 2AF, 835-2A, 834-23, 2300 FL, etc.
