We introduce to you the ‘NIPHA’ No. 2 Model Ball and Roller Bearing Single Action, Single Roller Gin. This model under our current range of production is an improved one over our previous models and is recommended more particularly for ginning long stapled cotton such as Egyptian, Sudanese, Sea Islands, etc. It separates the seeds without crushing them or in any way injuring the fibre.
The machine is of robust
construction. The framing parts viz., frame
sides, back top rail, back bottom rail and
front rail are made of Alloy Cast Iron Castings.
All rotating parts viz., beater shaft, connecting
rod, driving shaft, pusher crankshaft, leather
ginning roller and jockey pulley are provided
with ball & roller bearings. Stripper
roller and pusher legs are fitted with oilite
bushes. All the bearings are provided with
proper lubrication system. The design of
the gin allows easy access for running adjustments.
